On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Period Calc, then Cancel Subscription. In the app: Settings › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you keep Premium until the paid period ends, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/). ### How do I restore Premium on a new phone or after reinstalling? Open Settings › Restore purchases (also on the Premium screen) and use the same Apple Account you subscribed with. There is no in-app account. ### How do I move my data to a new iPhone? Your data moves with your iPhone backup or transfer (iCloud Backup or Quick Start). For security, the PIN does not move: the lock turns itself off on the new phone, and you can turn it back on in Settings › Privacy. If you subscribe, also tap Restore purchases. ### I forgot my PIN. How do I get in? For your privacy, the PIN is kept only as a one-way hash on your phone, so we can’t see or reset it. If you turned on Face ID or Touch ID, unlock with it as usual. Otherwise, on the lock screen tap “Forgot your PIN?”, then “Delete all data”: all app data and the PIN are deleted and you start fresh. This cannot be undone. ### The Hijri date is a day off for my country. What do I do? Open Settings › Language & calendar and, under Adjust Hijri date, tap + or − (up to 2 days either way): +1 if your month started a day before Umm al-Qura. A preview of today’s Hijri date helps you check. The adjustment applies to every Hijri date in the app. ### My reminders don’t arrive, or show a generic text. Check that notifications are allowed for Period Calc in your iPhone Settings, and turn on the reminders you want in the app’s Settings › Reminders. For privacy, reminders show a generic text by default; to show details, turn on Settings › Privacy › Show details in notifications. In pregnancy mode, period and ovulation reminders pause. ### How do I export my data or make a report for my doctor? Both are Premium features. Settings › Export data (CSV) creates a file with your period dates and daily log and opens the share sheet. The PDF report for your doctor is the first card in Insights. Both are made on your phone, and you choose where they go. ### How do I delete all my data? Settings › Delete all data (at the bottom), then confirm. It is permanent and cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription. You can also delete the app from your phone. ### How do I turn off anonymous usage sharing? Settings › Privacy › Share anonymous usage. The usage steps never include your health data.
